The Raw Fitness Boot Camp program consists of all day training from 7am to 8:30pm, Monday through Saturday. Choose to train in groups, solo, or optional one-on-one personal training. Whatever your level of fitness is and your fitness goals, we have the perfect program to support you in accomplishing your dreams. Design and customize your specific program.

Attend classes and develop a program to improve your flexibility, stamina, gain muscular strength, mass and agility, steady your balance, reduce stress, improve coordination and cardio respiratory endurance… all while having fun and getting fit!  Create a customized program which can incorporate concepts across multiple disciplines including core training, aerobics, yoga, meditation, BodyFit, running, Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, kettlebells,body sculpting and much more.

One of the benefits of the camp is that you will be taught the proper techniques and exercises by experts. You would be amazed by how many people, who do attend a gym, do an incorrect work out that is not effective and waste a lot of their valuable time and energy. These inefficient workout routines can be easily corrected with guided education. Correct technique includes proper form, balance, posture and lifting which will greatly speed your training results.

Your Meal Plan – You Are What You Eat
Nutrient dense foods create powerful balanced bodies. Eating clean and smart is an essential component to the success of your fitness goals. Included in the Raw Fitness Boot Camp is a specifically designed health plan of delicious meals. We are dedicated to providing you with healthy food options for optimal training and fitness.
 
The food at the restaurant contains high protein and fiber, no MSG or added sugar. You can choose from basic menu options, including Western style meals and some of the most popular Thai dishes. We also offer weekly juice fasting as a detox option for healthy weight loss.
 
The meal plan is designed to help with weight loss and muscle mass gain. Lots of healthy, protein rich and delicious food, of the Thai and Western variety. Vegetarian? No problem, we have the perfect meal plan for you too.
 
Also included at the Training Centre restaurant, at an extra cost are a wide variety of fruit and protein shakes and a selection of drinks to keep our guests maintaining a high amount of protein to help build muscle and lose fat. 
 
There are also plenty of really great little restaurants in the neighborhood and they are very inexpensive – just in case you may want to get out of the Camp and explore or perhaps have dinner with new friends that you meet at camp.

How Long Should I Stay For?
So how long is the ideal time to be at Camp for? People start seeing results in as little as the first week, but real visible results come after about 2-3 weeks of continuous training. Some people go for months and make a very dramatic body and life transformation.

Kick Start Your Training!
Start your training day off just right by joining 7am morning yoga with Ocean Bloom followed by a high cardio (fat burning) session at 8:30am with Ocean. These sessions called “BodyFit” Boot Camp sessions, are designed to increase your fitness fast and effectively. The exercises are modified depending on your fitness levels and ability so no one is left behind.
 
Mix and match many different training options to maximize the benefit of your fitness goals. Not only is this type of training optimum for your success, but it dynamically challenges your muscle groups to excel your results. There is no set itinerary. Sessions and classes run continuously throughout the day from 7am to 8:30pm, Monday through Saturday.

Optional Personal Training Sessions
You also have the option to personally train with World Fitness Champion, and Celebrity Fitness Trainer, Ocean Bloom, including world class personal fitness trainers to develop the ideal schedule, diet and supplement plan, weight-lifting, training and workout structure. 
 
During the optional private sessions you can work one-on-one with a personal trainer to help lose weight, gain muscle or just have a professional workout and spot partner.

Set Your Own Pace
The training centre is open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8:30pm. Train as hard as you like. Make sure that you take a bit of time to yourself. Remember, you’re in paradise and you’re definitely going to want to soak up the beauty of the warm crystal clear seas, soothing breezes, lush green rain forests, expansive sandy beaches and vast blue skies. Refreshen, reawaken and rejuvenate like never before – then hit the training centre and feel your spirit soar!


The Fitness Equipment
The gym at the fitness training camp includes all you need to work on strength and conditioning training: hammer strength benches, curl bench and bar, incline, squat rack, sit-up benches, 3 racks of dumbbells, stationary bikes, Nautilus machine with pull down, seated row, leg press, and 4 full sets of kettle bells which are highly regarded for hardcore weightlifting workouts and plenty of plate weights to accommodate several weight-lifters at same time. Experience Thailand’s premier training centre!

Not only do we have an on-site Healthy Food Grill, but if you’re in need of protein powder, nutritional supplements or training gear supplies, check out the on-site store.

Muay Thai and MMA Training
We also offer Muay Thai training sessions for those who would like to take part in Thailand’s national Martial Art!  The Muay Thai and MMA training at Camp is very versatile, offering Muay Thai/Thai boxing and MMA training programs to suit everyone from beginners and amateurs to professional fighters. Whether you’re looking to learn Muay Thai or any of our many MMA options for fun, fitness, self defence, or if you come as a pro wanting to hone your skills – our facilities are the best in Thailand and you can count on being in the best of company regardless of your level!
