Ocean Bloom has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry as a fitness champion, personal trainer and a certified yoga teacher. Ocean’s mantra “live and move with passion and joy, the only limits we have are the ones we create ourselves”.  Her mission has been to inspire others to lead a life of fulfillment by engaging in total Mind Body Fitness by combining fitness modalities with the ancient elements of yoga and meditation, to create health not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit as well. Through the teachings of yoga, she has found a home for her spirit within the pulsations of the heart.   Apart from teaching fitness and yoga, Ocean does Thai Yoga Massage, Fitness Vacation Retreats, and writes articles for Health & Well Being.
 
About Yoga:  Yoga is based on a harmonizing system developed for body, mind and spirit.  At its core, yoga is a process that involves confronting your limits and transcend- ing them.

Doing yoga brings many concrete benefits: it’s a powerful therapeutic tool for correcting physical and psychological problems; it retards aging and it gives you strength and flexibility for other physical activities; it can enhance your looks, posture, skin and muscle tone, and vitality; and it can give your life a sense of grace and overall well-being.

Classes are ritual sadhanas (a groove to one's self). Prana Flow classes are breath inspired journeys that offer a complete spectrum (ha-tha) of rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering. The wave of a class is created through cycles of effective and creative sequences (vinyasas) linked together through the breath wave. Every class is well rounded: following the mandala of the body and asanas - to create whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering.
