Breath-work and awareness are intrinsic to this process. Without conscious breath, the body can never let go and release any toxicity built up in the body.

We do it far more often than we even realize.

 

By doing so, we’re creating even more contraction, locking energy inwards and stemming the healing flow of vital energy.

I combine  PTSD Therapy, Emotional Release Therapy, Trauma Therapy and more into my Conscious Movement Therapy Sessions based on what you need.

Issues ranging from addictions and cravings to sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder to self-hatred/self-doubt can all be tackled.

 

I will work with you on an individual basis. Guiding your body to untangle your subconscious mind from the negative thought processes and self-destructive patterns of behaviour you’ve been emotionally hoarding for years.
