WHAT IS CMT THERAPY?

 

Conscious Movement Therapy is a self-empowering healing process to help you let go of holding patterns in the emotional and physical body, giving you insight on how to cope and overcome obstacles. Conscious Movement Therapy (CMT) is about getting to the roots of our core beliefs and needs, exercising our emotional and psychological strengths. It forms an integral part of MY signature healing programmes. Its a wonderful compliment and alternative to talk therapy.

 

WHAT IS PTSD THERAPY?

 

PTSD Therapy is one of the self-empowering healing services incorporated in my treatments. The effects of PTSD can be hugely traumatic and incredibly complex to tackle. That’s why it’s my honour to use my passion and background in movement and bodywork as a powerful vehicle for releasing harmful and stubborn emotional trauma. Working together, we can release feelings of shame and emotional repression.

 

WHAT IS EMOTIONAL RELEASE THERAPY?

 

Emotional Release Therapy is one of the signature healing techniques that forms part of my overall client service offers. Combining my years of experience both studying, training and practising a variety of Western and Eastern modalities, I offers hands-on treatments to release and heal damaged thought patterns and emotions. So often, past experiences can cripple our present situation, manifesting themselves in the form of irrational and compulsive behaviour in our day to day lives.

 

WHAT IS TRAUMA THERAPY

 

Trauma Therapy is one of the powerful healing services incorporated in my treatments. It’s designed to enable sufferers of past trauma to safely discover how those memories continue to plague their present in order to positively change their future outcome in a completely non-judgemental setting.

 

HOW AM I ABLE TO CONNECT WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TYPES?

 

We are all individuals with unique personalities; the sum of all our parts, flaws and all. While we chose to live our lives differently and communicate with the world according to how experiences have shaped us, I passionately  believe that at our core, each and every one of us has a desire to belong. To be heard, encouraged and appreciated. 

 

A smile can be a mask, a beautiful body, a suit of armour. Both may be concealing invisible wounds and past trauma. That’s why I authentically connect with all my clients from a place of truth and integrity, entirely in that moment, holding a safe space for everyone that I am honoured to treat, no matter what their personality type, social background or ethnicity. 

 

HOW DO I COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT MY CLIENTS INTUITIVELY NEED?

 

Much of my transformational work is about combining movement with meditation, breath-work and bodywork. It’s not about actual words spoken. Quite the contrary. In most sessions, words are very rarely spoken. 

 

I rely upon the discernible clues that our bodies reveal about how we show up and present in the moment. Our body language can provide powerful indicators as to where our mind is at. 

 

They say that our eyes are the window to our souls and just like our body language, they have the power to reveal glimpses of our inner thoughts. I can read a lot only through observing how a client is holding themselves and carrying their emotions. Getting a strong sense of how conscious and connected they are to their own body in order to then offer tailored and transformational treatments and a bespoke solution to meet their needs.

 

WHAT ARE THE 6 C’S THAT UNDER PIN MY TREATMENTS AND PROGRAMMES?

 

I believe that there are 6 crucial C’s that we should all be acutely aware of; Consciousness, Connection, Community, Contribution, Communication and the empowering word “Can.” I strongly recommend that you connect with your 6 C’s on a daily basis and use them as a powerful checklist to assess where you’re at. 

 

What areas of your life need attention or re-balancing to bring you back into a state of conscious equilibrium? 

 

Are you experiencing symptoms of depression, an overwhelming sense of anxiety or a profound and unexplained heaviness?
