WHAT IS CMT THERAPY?

 

Conscious Movement Therapy is a self-empowering healing process designed to help you let go of holding patterns in the emotional and physical body, while giving you insight into how to cope with and overcome obstacles. Conscious Movement Therapy (CMT) is about getting to the root of our core beliefs and needs, while exercising our emotional and psychological strengths. It forms an integral part of my signature healing programs. It’s a wonderful complement and alternative to talk therapy.

 

WHAT IS PTSD THERAPY?

 

PTSD Therapy is one of the self-empowering healing services incorporated into my treatments. The effects of PTSD can be hugely traumatic and incredibly complex to tackle. That’s why it’s my honor to use my passion and background in movement and bodywork as powerful vehicles for releasing harmful and stubborn emotional trauma. Working together, we can release feelings of shame and emotional repression.

 

WHAT IS EMOTIONAL RELEASE THERAPY?

 

Emotional Release Therapy is one of the signature healing techniques that forms part of my overall client service offerings. Combining my years of experience studying, training in, and practicing a variety of Western and Eastern modalities, I offer hands-on treatments designed to release and heal damaged thought patterns and emotions. So often, past experiences can cripple our present situation, manifesting themselves in the form of irrational and compulsive behaviors in our day-to-day lives.

 

WHAT IS TRAUMA THERAPY

 

Trauma Therapy is one of the powerful healing services incorporated into my treatments. It’s designed to enable sufferers of past trauma to safely discover how those memories continue to affect their present lives, in order to positively change future outcomes in a completely non-judgmental setting.

 

HOW AM I ABLE TO CONNECT WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TYPES?

 

We are all individuals with unique personalities; the sum of all our parts, flaws and all. While we choose to live our lives differently and communicate with the world according to how our experiences have shaped us, I passionately believe that at our core, each and every one of us has a desire to belong, to be heard, encouraged, and appreciated.

A smile can be a mask, and a beautiful body can become a suit of armor. Both may conceal invisible wounds and past trauma. That’s why I authentically connect with all my clients from a place of truth and integrity, entirely in the moment, holding a safe space for everyone I am honored to treat, regardless of personality type, social background, or ethnicity.
 

 

HOW DO I COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT MY CLIENTS INTUITIVELY NEED?

 

  

Much of my transformational work combines movement with meditation, breathwork, and bodywork. It’s not always about the actual words spoken. Quite the contrary. In most sessions, words are very rarely needed.

 

I rely upon the discernible clues our bodies reveal through how we show up and present ourselves in the moment. Body language can provide powerful indicators of where the mind is emotionally and mentally.

 

They say that our eyes are the windows to our souls, and just like body language, they have the power to reveal glimpses of our inner world. I can learn a great deal simply by observing how a client holds themselves and carries their emotions, gaining insight into how conscious and connected they are to their own body.

 

This allows me to offer tailored and transformational treatments, with bespoke support designed to meet their individual needs.
 

 

WHAT ARE THE 6 C’S THAT UNDER PIN MY TREATMENTS AND PROGRAMS?

 

I believe that there are 6 crucial C’s that we should all be acutely aware of; Consciousness, Connection, Community, Contribution, Communication and the empowering word “Can.” I strongly recommend that you connect with your 6 C’s on a daily basis and use them as a powerful checklist to assess where you’re at. 

 

What areas of your life need attention or re-balancing to bring you back into a state of conscious equilibrium? 

 

Are you experiencing symptoms of depression, an overwhelming sense of anxiety or a profound and unexplained heaviness?
