PTSD Therapy is a personalized combination of techniques I call Conscious Movement Therapy which help you on a journey towards inner peace by freeing up stuck emotional energy trapped inside the body which is being fed and powered by the subconscious mind. The symptoms of PTSD come and go and sometimes there can be a delay of months, even years before symptoms reappear.
In a CMT Session I aim to provide my clients with the tools they need for when they feel defeated and depleted and those symptoms of PTSD rear their ugly head, impacting typical day to day living.

The trauma associated with PTSD can be overwhelming and very worryingly experienced by the suffered as a threat to life. Trauma is now a major health concern globally and while in most instances, the initial symptoms develop during the first few months immediately following the traumatic event, that’s not always the case. Sometimes it can be several months, a year even before the symptoms manifest themselves.

PTSD Therapy exists to create a safe, non-judgmental and empowering space in which to transform the physical, emotional and energy blockages associated with PTSD. Trauma can be complex, highly transferable and frequently multi-layered. I use a combination of modalities to successfully ease suffering.
