My CMT Trauma Therapy Sessions are designed to enable sufferers of past trauma to safely discover how those memories continue to plague their present in order to positively change their future outcome in a completely non-judgemental setting.
WHAT IS STRESS?
The word STRESS is endlessly bandied around, but how many of us truly understand what it means to be stressed or what the root cause of that stress is?
Trauma does, in fact, manifest itself in our day to day lives as stress. It can physically present itself in the development of unhealthy habits, including addictions and cravings, as well as feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. It’s not uncommon for trauma sufferers to develop panic attacks, mood swings and even experience unexplained pain within the body.

Whether we realise it or not, we unconsciously hold onto our memories; good and bad. They’re mapped across our mind like an interstellar highway and have the ability to powerfully guide the way our brains think.
In certain instances that can be a positive thing as memories help to keep us safe, However, they can also trigger huge emotional reactions within the here and now which are not appropriate in their strength of feeling or expression to the current situation.
In a CMT Trauma Therapy Session we work at a deep level to release the overwhelm caused by dormant traumatic memories in a safe and supported way so that the body and mind can begin to reconnect and heal together. Carried repression of emotional trauma and shame make the hosting body toxic and with just one session we can positively release the blockages associated with stored traumas, healing the emotional hoarding that may have been plaguing you for years.

By focusing in tandem with conscious breathwork, the central nervous system is quietened, your mind comes actively back online, stronger, clearer, purged of years of emotional pain.

During a CMT Trauma Therapy Session, I incorporate the modalities of Breath Work, Thai Yoga Massage, Meditation, NLP and EFT to bring instant shifts to a clients awareness. Dramatically yet safely clearing internal and external blockages, delivering breakthrough results that have the ability to change lives. It’s entirely possible to release and break down years of stubborn emotional pain in just a very brief period of time.
