HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I DO?
It is recommended to do 3 sessions, but one will still deliver tremendous results.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Long loose fitting pants and a t-shirt. Hair down and no jewelry.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
Sessions are 90 min long. It is best to have time to yourself after the session for reflection and relaxation. Spend time outside in nature in a calm environment. We recommend that you not schedule anything for a few hours after your session.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you arrive a description of the treatment modalities will be explained to you. The treatment room is dimly lit. A Thai massage bed is used for the body with pillows to support the limbs. You are taken through a guided meditation and breathing exercises to relax the body. The core of the session involves, Thai massage with pressure point stimulation, rocking and tapping techniques combine with some dialogue.
